Nestle them one over the other, firmly, yet tenderly over your heart.

Imagine yourself exploring and feeling into the internal edges of your heart.

Noticing any sensations, textures. The scope of range and depth. It’s articulations.

What longings and desires might be hiding, buried within it’s intricate formations?

Awaiting your arrival.

If your heart could speak, what would it say to you about what's inside, yet to be felt, expressed and lived?

It’s okay to be in Silence for a while. The answers may not be linear or logical.

Take a moment to thank your heart for it’s wisdom.

If you didn’t hear any messages, that’s okay. It can take time and practice. Most messages come to me in the form of sensations and the words come, sometimes, not always. This is how I discovered drawing.

The voice of your heart is as unique as you are. It’s worth getting to know her more intimately.
